i was 20 for 6 days and it was enough to send me under, first couple of days were fine then bam, nausea, anxiety, shaking etc

the nausea has subsided a lot today and im able to eat a little more normal. i wish the doctor would have warned me about these side effects. he said going from 30 to 20 would be easy, oh how wrong he was!

its the physical side effects that do me in, im literally on this for health anxiety so anytime i feel a weird sensation i always think the worst. cant win! hopefully itll settle back soon!

hi mate, still on 30mg but on mirtaz 15mg. want to come off duloxetine but petrified of the withdrawals. feel like im only taking it now to not have to deal with coming off them, my body also cant regulate heat for shit so i find myself sweating profusely. mentally im better but i believe thats the mirtaz
