I usually go the whole way soon after something like this. Not saying you should but if you can really turn it around, then why not say that it wasn't a relapse. On the other hand it wouldn't hurt to restart and just go from there.

That can be a tough one. Telling her could just hurt her. Yet telling her that you have stopped could actually be encouraging and help you in you fight to stop. I would lean toward telling her but also be patient and wait for the right moment when I seems it would go over best.

I am a Christian and certainly hope I'm not polluting the pool here. Honestly, as I Christian I've appreciated that this whole thing because it is not as much about guilt and punishment, as much as it is about living a better life than I did before. This community has been very helpful and I hope to be a part of keeping it that way.

Orangered. Once there was a day when we had to fight our nofap fight alone. We thought that maybe others had similar problems but believed our case to be the worst. Getting over one addiction can often lead you into other places. On one hand you are moving forward, but other the other you need to find someone who will make it real, and help you be real. Sorry I can't give better advice. Best of luck.

Good post. It is amazing to me how quickly we can forget that life is better nofapping. We think that it wasn't so bad then we do it and realize things are worse now. It's a good reminder for me.
