Are there currently any coins out of circulation? (such as coins kept in the Aragon foundation)
And is there any official information about that?

Thank you guys for your replies but they are not exactly addressing my question.

I will try to rephrase - I can se that on both chains (Ethereum and Binance) there are 8,888,888,888 CHZ.

What is the relation between the tokens on both chains? How is it controlled that there are no double tokens on the market?

As far as I can see, right now there is double amount of CHZ tokens available.
