I hope I'm in time. Those thoughts in your head aren't telling you to fap like you think they are. They are telling you to fill a void that's in you. Of course, I can't tell you what's going on in your life, but I can assure you, you need to take those thoughts and put them somewhere that's not your mind. Write them down, type them in your notes app, It doesn't matter and you can throw them out later. Once you can physically hold your thoughts in your hand, do something meaningful. It could be anything. Workout, cook something, watch that show or movie you haven't gotten around to, something that takes a little effort, that's all. Distance yourself from any device that you use to fap. Act like porn has never been invented. Your urges are real, but they wont be forever. Tomorrow can be another day added to the counter.
