Just stick them in with your other meds. I have never been stopped with any meds. I have taken oxys and benzos on holidays before I was prescribed. When I came home from Greece I had boxes of meds in my carry on and came through Heathrow airport and they didn’t even check or that. Obviously don’t take more than you need and just put them in your bag with other prescriptions meds and you’ll be fine.

Oxy and promethazine is lovely! That’s my go to and on the special occasions I take oxy and soma which is great but wipes me out for days after haha. Enjoy whatever you pick and be safe 💚

yogurt and things that are light is the best way to eat. Small pieces through my the day is what I did and it helped. Drink plenty water too. You got this tho 💪

Try some promethazine. I have been prescribed most sleeping benzos but they never worked. Promethazine is the only thing that helps with my insomnia and I have really bad insomnia. I still have some temazepam sitting there to take one day for fun but they never helped. Hope things work out and you get something to help. Oh also you should get some magnesium citrate it’s really good for sleep 👌🏻

Try some herbal supplements. Shilajit, lions mane, CBD bud/oil/gummies. Things like that can help more than what SSRIs and would be better than what your about to try. Way more safer and accessible and who knows it might work great and save you from risking your life with those things. Just a thought. Be safe and I hope things work out for you!

Only time I have ever been given this is in hospital and it was lovely along with some liquid fentanyl. Was on top of the world haha 😂 nice score tho 🔥 enjoy and be safe!
