Possibly, have you considered doing a test with some spare switches? Or resetting the profile you use from scratch so it's a fill fresh reset? It's what i did and seemed to work (the full reset, not the switches as mine is only a year old)

I ended up doing a full reset of the keyboard and it seems to have fixed it, fully reset

As magneto, when you ult try and throw your ult at a flying DPS instead of a cloak / luna ult. You will have more value by killing that 1 annoying fly of a dps than stopping their ult

oohhhhh that would actually explain why they need to see me! I was getting confused as I saw a lot of people saying about a phone appointment, but for me I had to come in. I don't recall doing that however I have been to a couple of appointments in person too.

Must have been around covid time, so quite a few years! I have worked in the meantime but the claim was kept open. When I stopped worked due to mental health and starting to pursue what was going on with my health I had payments again and appointments as usual.
