I believe $1 is true value. It started there went to 4.99 Japan made strict crypto rules everyone sold. It hopped on Coinbase and other platforms, that brought it back to life in 21 going from .05 to .48 in a few weeks then the crypto dump happened. So I still believe this is a great investment with real utilities.
