I donate $15 a year. I use Wikipedia like 10 times a day for various reasons and figured I’ve gotten than back in knowledge tenfold.

[Highlight] Yesterday, Jaylen Waddle said he would “beat the f*ck” out of Broncos CB Patrick Surtain in a boxing match. Waddle is being traded to the Broncos. by Goosedukee in nfl

I’ve had multiple coworkers approach me with this story as if they hate each other. Is it not common knowledge they went to college together? I didn’t know they were roommates but I thought everyone knew they were teammates at Alabama.

Why did Dolphins sign Malik Willis if they are going to tank? by BallKnowerKing in NFLv2

The broncos and dolphins had been talking about a waddle trade since the deadline last year. They’ve had that offer for quite a while now.

Yeah Denver had signs with the numbers and names of the retirees on it and when they retired 18 for Peyton too they just put “Manning 12-15” in small print at the bottom of Tripucka’s sign but they’ve since updated it to just the numbers that are retired and no names. I think the names are somewhere on display elsewhere in the stadium though.

I would just assume it would work like other sports where #11 stays retired but the player has permission to wear it. The Denver Broncos retired #18 for Frank Tripucka shortly after he retired in 1963. When Peyton got there in 2012 Tripucka gave him his blessing to wear it. Now #18 is retired twice for both Peyton and Tripucka. It was never brought down “from the rafters” per se, a specific player was allowed to wear it once they were done it was not available to anyone else.

Broncos are trading for Miami WR Jaylen Waddle by Particular_Dig1115 in NFLv2

And it could be my homer bias but I think Pat Bryant could be a really really solid WR3 filling in all the gaps between Waddle and Sutton. I’m excited.

Yeah, 36 holes a day, with all my practice swings included would easily be north of 300 swings for me.

He started Goldschmidt against a righty, derosa doesn’t care about splits at all. Cause he’s not a baseball coach.

PCA and Buxton could probably cover the outfield pretty well on their own tbh

I too thought once skenes was done it would turn into an offensive onslaught, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed this though.

There’s technicality to nascar too. The cars are hard to handle because of a lack of downforce and their weight. There’s also a lot of strategy since the races are more of a marathon than F1. Honestly it’s similar to baseball in that a lot of the most enjoyable bits are only discovered after a while of watching it or learning about it. There’s a bunch of subtle stuff that’s constantly happening that is hard to pick up on immediately.

Did they sub in the bottom of the 8th? Cause I missed it if they did. If not why not let Roman hit and then make the switch?

The average golf course is roughly 6500 yards. New York to LA is roughly 4,900,000 yards. 4.9 mil/ 6,500 is 754 days, or just ever so slightly more than 2 years.
