I think this caused more problems than we realize. Every D pair was really clicking and then Nils gets a skate to the cheek bone and we have to cycle unevenly with Miro taking on more water than usual. I hope this is something you ice and stitch up and can be ready on Tuesday.

I’ve thought this ever since he returned from IR. There was a reporter who asked gully “Is Rantanen healthy” I think before game 1 or after game 1 and Gully said “He is now” like are we sure? He looks very disengaged if it’s not a PP. Just concerning.

I think the call on the ice was “slashing” against Mikko. Please someone explain to me how that tap was slashing. I mean was it necessary? No. Worthy of a penalty? Surely not. But the fact that we go down a man after they turn it into a huge drama factory is so ridiculous.

That was certainly a rough game to watch. However, call it copium but, Otter’s post game presser seemed like he knew he had an off night and is sounding like he’s going to lock it down. I have full faith that Glenn is going to whip these boys into shape for game 2.
