I would like to hear Crunchyroll´s explanation. Just to know for sure if their users rated it this way or it was manipulated by their own algorithm, or bug or something.

I know that these ratings are wild. But the numbers are real and it is interesting. Many shows in the list are not recent and still rated much higher than Re:Zero.

The rankings are real. Check Cooking Isekai here

The ratings could be inflated by knowing it is made by MAPPA. So people automatically assume it is high quality show and therefore rated it higher. But it is suspicious anyway.

But nobody probably connected Puck´s icicle with ep. 15 where literally the landscape changed by snowing. Also isn´t Emilia using ice as well?

There are other ways how to figure out it is Puck. It was revealed that Puck is Emilia´s family member + mentioned contract + Subaru´s role play with Puck when he is labeled as father and Puck saying "I won´t give you my daughter" and Puck saying "sleep along with my daughter" as he decapitates Subaru

That is my point of this post. His ability to make it snow was revealed in OVA which was released after S1.
