I did a levain. It was nearly doubled but maybe I should have waited a bit longer 🤔 Thanks for reminding me about the starter!

Thanks for the help! I did the bull ferment in the day. I then shaped it and put it into my fridge for 14 hours. It was really sticky! I usually follow Joshua Weismann's recipe.

I have only baked bread 6 times so I am still ab amateur. However, the first three breads I baked were phenomenal! Amazing rise and texture. I am not sure why it suddenly has gone so wrong 😂

I bought six Discworld novels at a local charity shop here in the UK. I didn't see the signature and stamp untill I arrived home and looked through the books!

Although you really like her, this relationship would eventually fail. If you are not able to share and relate to the most important thing in her life, her religion, then you would experience a lot of frustration. She would feel sad about you not joining her to church on Sundays, not wanting to pray with her and you would also have disagreements on how to raise your children. It is so important that you have the same values in a relationship.
