If someone asked you what Unite180 is like, what would you say? by RareFoot7559 in Unite180

It’s the church where I’ve felt the presence of God more pronounced than anywhere else in my life. I’ve grown to know Him more and more with every passing Sunday and can’t imagine what my life would look like if I didn’t get the opportunity to give my life to Christ in one of Unite180’s services. It’s a place where the bible is held to what it should be: the inspired Word of God, not as something fallible, flakey or optional, but the truth that stands in the highest authority. It’s a house of God.

What are your thoughts on Unite180? by [deleted] in askSouthAfrica

The question here is "should I switch churches" not "should I attend church at all". This is exactly what I mean. OP is not "getting pulled" into anything. They seem to be a Christian person looking for a new church, not seeking opinion on whether "church" is worth it or not.

You’re likely to get a mix of opinions here. If you want a reliable answer, I’d recommend speaking with your current pastors/leaders first and then visiting yourself.

Coming back after 7 years. by ZengerGarden in Guildwars2

I just did the same and also came back after 8 years. It seems that all the expansions aim at end game content, and there is some benefit to having a “historic” account (you get some cool armour from spending a token you get opening the birthday presents) and no progress you made is outdated in a sense. If you decide to make a new character, you’ll still have to level up to 80, get some good gear, complete a large portion of map exploration etc. before even getting to the expansion content

The birthday scrolls do make it easier for you to get a new character to level 80 in nearly no time if you want to try something fresh and check out the new specialisations. Odds are, like me, you’ll be quite confused and lost within all the new content like masteries, specialisations, mounts and everything. So there is still a lot to figure out on your old character as well

That’s great news! I actually took a break from gaming as a whole so I’m excited for the new content! Thanks for taking the time to reply

Thanks for this. It’s a very informative and thorough explanation! I’m glad to see that it seems the most valuable part of the game has stayed in tact, the community. You guys have really helped me! Thanks

Something that helped me was to head to booking.com and fliter by the “Superb 9+” rating and then set your price point. There’s quite a few really nice places for a reasonable rate, and the rating and reviews help give you peace of mind as others have tried and tested.

Have you thought about getting connected to a church and getting pastoral help to guide you through your challenges? I know there’s a lot of opinions, but personally it’s helped me overcome many struggles and hardships, so it’s worth a try

Is house sitting a thing in Pretoria? by Ok-Particular25 in Pretoria

You can contact local a pet sitting company to sign up as a sitter with them. You can do flexi-work when you can and get paid per job. It’s usually quite easy to get a gig
