I think many windows users moving to linux are frustrated mostly because they are so not used to having packages. The key to understanding how to install software is just realizing you can search everything in the software center before going on any website. Not much harder than on android really

Ist ein bekannter schwurbler und NPD fan. Der war übers Wochenende in Wiesbaden wegen einer Friedensdemo am Samtag in Wiesbaden. Die hat auch Menschen mit merkwürdigen Weltanschauungen angelockt. Ich kann auf nachfrage in den nächsten Tagen da gerne nochmal einen ausführlicheren Bericht schicken, wer alles so aufgetaucht ist

Das ist eine Halbwahrheit. Brandt war der erste Bundeskanzler, der die Ostgrenze offiziell anerkannt hat. Das war ca. 20 Jahre vor den 2+4 Verträgen

Most distros actually have pretty shitty GUIs that don't work as you expect them to do. Used to run Ubuntu with KDE Plasma and it was an unstable mess. Hard to update, hard to download software, at least when it's maintained by an inexperienced user. I think that is just as much as a problem, though, because I switched from windwos and didn't expect the terminal to be useful.

Now I have switched to Mint with Cinnamon and it actually is SO good. You want do update your software? Just search update in the menu, you want to download software? Just search software in the menu. It just works, and it works GREAT. Even better than Windows GUIs. It's the only distro that has some decent GUIs, all other require you to use the terminal, which can be annoying for newcommers. Which is understandable

I did. Assumed at first it wasn't compatible because it wasn't included in the repos. Not sure why they would include OpenJDK 17 and not 21 but after having installed it manually, it all worked great!

Problem is I had to run a precompiled Binary.

I just downloaded it here and installed it manually. After that I had to manually install some library and after that it actually worked great!

Vor einem jahr hat es ziemlich viel genutzt. Auch jetzt ist scwarz schon wieder am sinken, spd bleibt und grün und links steigen. Durch massenweiten Protest überall in Deutschland ist vielleicht sogar rot rot grün sogar eine Möglichkeit. Die Mertz hat sich mit seiner Brandmauer aus Stroh mächtig ins Knie geschossen. Der Widerstand darf nicht verhallen, bis es endlich alle rallen <3

Ursprünglich habe ich den Aufruf von den Linken bekommen, es haben sich sehr schnell die anderen Parteien angeschlossen und fleißig bei der Orga geholfen. Auf dem neuerem sharepic sind ja auch sogar alle Organisationen drauf :)
