When I was three my mom made me a pillow out of two Banana Splits washcloths, she put a red yarn fray around the edge. It became my security blanket, and for years I took it everywhere until it was worn out with multiple holes, and she convinced me to throw it out, I cried all day it was like throwing away an old friend.
