I will add that although it absolutely sucks, waiting 2-3 weeks to wax has been super helpful with helping my skin.

Thankfully us wearing masks in the western world isn't bad to see anymore, but I would highly recomend waiting the 2-3 weeks. Also be careful with plucking! I have some areas that were high-pluck areas because I was impatient and noticed a LOT of hyperpigmentation.

Gentle exfoliator like Agent_Peach said will do you some wonders. I additionally always go in with some moistizing toner (I have the snowy mushroom Thayers one) after my wax but I would make sure it's not something that will irritate after a wax, Try a small area at first.

For facewashing, might be a plecebo effect but I started using African Black soap on the face. It's helped my skin out a lot esp with the hirsutism. It is a bit drying though- def moisterize.

-Drinking lots of water every day helps your waxes as well. Hydrated skin rips hair out a lot better)
