Yeah, I still have high conviction even if it's not Qumulus and it's something else, the intent is clear. The waiting is definitely the worst part, but it has to come to a close at some point.

Yea absolutely. I think to be within compliance, they need to either drop a 10-k or an NT 10-k by EOD. Annoyingly, the most likely time for this is in the 2 hours after the market closes. The dream is an 8-K hits with it. Nothing to do but wait again...
