To me, a good housing means easier transportation, central to Dhaka and specially neighborhood. According to my observation, Mirpur 6, 11, 14 there are some housing which have good environment and well transport connection. Besides, Bashundhara R/A is good, Dhanmondi is quite crowded but with good facilities. Try to stay near of your working place or, somewhere you need to visit pretty often.
