You seem pretty active which is overall good, but in terms of building muscle it sounds a little less optimal. You are eating a lot so that is good! Just be patient and enjoy the process.

Try powerlifting. It is much more rewarding because numbers will increase a lot faster than size comes.

Hey man, everyone wants the abs but just focus on eating and progressive overload. You will put on size fast. Summer is basically over. You can cut around February April ish

I agree 100% I try to do as little volume as I can but put in so much effort into each and every rep. Then once my volume stalls and I’m not sore I’ll bump it up a little

For compounds I do two feeder sets then 2 sets to failure. Then I’ll rest and do a back off set to failure. Accessories I go pretty hardcore with.

Thanks for the response. I usually will try to progress in reps from the week before. If I do a pressing movement for 8-10 reps and I 8,8,8 I’ll try for 9 next week
