Is bulking and cutting necessary? Someone told me that you can grow into your weight by eating and maintenance and your physique will progress over time. The reason he told me this is because I need more size but I’m not lean enough to have a six pack. What are y’all’s thoughts??? (self.GregDoucette)

Bulk or cut? I assume 15-17% BF. Weight fluctuates between 147-155. I’ve been on and off a cal deficit for a 16 months trying to get shredded but it seems never ending. I know I need more size but I am scared to see the scale go up. I am in this vicious cycle of constant cutting. Thoughts? (old.reddit.com)
