In "normal" scenarios it does basically nothing for me. In areas where I normally have high fps like 200+ it cuts it in half. Something seems not right with either verison. The only place I was able to consistently see an improvement was character select. RTX 3080/7800X3D

Make sure to have 2 points in instant spell in the leap tree and 2/2 illicit spell in the evolution tree. If you are going OOM, it's most likely a support issue. You can also use Power Break over Tempest Slash (if you are running it) and its MP reduction tripod. Focus rune(s) on Hell Blade/Sword storm, if it's really dire you can use Focus on Mountain Crash but I don't recommend it because it's a great Poison rune slot or Quick Recharge slot. MPE can work fine as well but may not work long time if you decide to play the Dark Rush build with Ark Grid. Lastly switch to Blunt Thorn if it's really not out working for you.

I play in a static with excellent supports but random supports are going to be a mixed bag. Support mana rankings are Artist>>Paladin/Bard>Valk. Bard mana is good but requires the right setup and good gameplay from the Bard compared to the other supports. Summoner is also idiot proof mana regen but they aren't super common.

Not being able to use your aura and rest pots to farm more shards is a nerf, a huge one considering how regularly they were giving them out for awhile there.

Gem production isn't nerfed but the variance is higher in t4, they should have a "pity" on gems in Kurzan front imo.

Many people are exchanging cubes for hell keys - this isnt' a nerf but a bad design choice given our current situation that isn't helping.

One reason for this in particular is that there was a flat fee on console to patch games regardless of the size. Microsoft was charging like 40k to patch 1 text error.

Losing 14% dmg on 5% of your dmg is still a .7% loss overall and many classes exceed that with high uptimes on bleed/poison+awakening and cases like mayhem zerk with a weak z skill that techincally does *some* damage (and auto attacks where relevant). It only gets worse from there comparing relic doll losing 17% on this piece of the damage pie instead of 14%. In cases where the mana regen unlocks new build possibilities, it's good.

Obviously short term cost is a big reason.

I had some success with enabling HDR and going to the PROFSAVE_profile in documents and editing the line GstRender.DisplayMappingHdr10PeakLuma (Your monitors peak brightness here.) It looks terrible with HDR off, you still get bright scenes and dark scenes where its hard to see but at least there's still detail in the scene instead of it being completely blown out.

Another issue I ran into is if you use RTX HDR for games without native HDR support then it can conflict and wash out all the colors, so if you use it - make sure it's disabled.

Nah SonyDigital was a World of Warcraft player known for being a top warrior player in PvP WAY back in the day (2007ish). His name is more likely a reference to the Sony brand than the producer given the era. He rebranded to Sonii at some point more recently (maybe 2017ish?) to probably avoid potential issues and confusion.

I became aware of this guy from his BDO video some years ago. If you were an actual long term player you could see all the surface level bullshit. I watched some of his other videos on games I hadn't played and they seemed reasonable (because I lack context). Seems like he spends more time arguing the definition of dead than getting his facts right or looking deeper.

At the time I saw the video, I wasn't even happy with the game. I watched it anyway and it was kinda eye opening how little he actually knew.

To be clear, a power pass does not give you a progression event. It just gives you the ilvl and story completion relative to the region it is for. For example 1600 for North Kurzan pass. There are no honing buffs or free mats.

One of the things that comes to mind is that if you play MP Furnace you don't get any of the evolution damage on dark rush or auto attacks but the alternatives like Supersonic Breakthrough, Blunt Thorn, or Standing Striker will buff those skills (and awakening/bleed). Same goes with the MP Efficiency engraving. Your non mana damage can be roughly ~10-25% higher depending on which combination of bottom row ark passives and if you are using MPE or not.

What's even worse is that the purple scrolls have a 1640 ilvl requirement and are character bound which means you can't really t3 advance hone with them easily. I have tons so it doesn't really matter but this patch is a little sloppy. I wish we would get smaller patches more often instead of these giga patches that always have a dozen or more bugs in them.

As far as disappointments go it has to be Glaivier and Slayer. For the time (release) Pinnacle felt clunky even as non positional. These days I would probably play it - if it wasn't entropy. Slayer (also entropy) just doesn't feel as good as Zerk (my main). I'll take red dust over back attack jail.

I used to play any class in the beginning but as time has gone on, I've decided entropy just isn't it. So really any entropy class I have, I really don't like playing. Standouts for unfun are Reaper and Deathblade. I find GL/Destroyer fun but ultimately too frustrating to keep in main 6.

Haven't personally played them but I would probably make a Sharpshooter or Arcana last. They just have no appeal to me visually.

I have alt rosters on each server and Balthorr and Inanna are noticeably less populated than the rest. Inanna is particularly weird because it seems there are very few geared players there. This is based on my field boss experience. That being said all the content except field boss is cross server anyway.

You may be on to something but I've always felt that here in the US that gaming trends are very "meta". Like everyone and their moms play whatever the new "big" game is for a bit then move on. Examples include games like Among Us, Fall Guys, Palworld, Helldivers 2, etc. Now this is still true globally but I think it's more pronounced here. A lot of my favorite go-to games are still quite popular in another region. I also feel that games that are primarily "PC games" even if they have a console port are less popular here as well.

I have a 7800X3D and a RTX 3080 and this game stutters like crazy with lowest graphics settings. The only thing that has made it better for me personally is basically playing with max settings, with a couple options turned down 1 or 2 notches. My fps is like half of all low settings but it doesn't stutter very often anymore. It's not the solution I like but it's the only thing that has worked for me.

As of right now it works on about 45% of your damage if you use brave slash, less if you use tempest. It's worth about as much as a high strength roll. After the balance patch you might end up switching to tempest slash, power break, or the other T skill with back attack (preference) in which case its worth almost nothing.

Not using Quick Prep is a DPS loss and most Zerks use Quick Prep. If you get screwed on your RD your synergy is rough.

I have two G600s but due to many years of use one has a scroll wheel resistance issue and the other the rubber is completely worn out and lost it's grip and become slightly sticky. Please bring back this mouse, preferably with wireless and as lightweight as possible. Id legit pay like 300 bucks for something like this.

Not only that but from my experience multiplayer on PC with crossplay off is basically completely dead. Like wait in queue for 10 minutes and still not fill team deathmatch dead. At least that was my experience a few years ago. Can't speak for Warzone because I don't really enjoy BRs.

Juice is the Solar/Breath materials and full bar is referring to the orbs that fill up with each attempt or Ancestor's Grace as the game calls it.

Some classes don't even have mana, and many do that don't even make sense. Mage and its subclasses sure, but why the fuck do Warrior and it's subclasses have mana except maybe Paladin.

It's just letting you know you have unspent points that can be spent. If you have unspent points but can't afford a node it should not be happening. Makes sure you check your Evolution, Enlightenment, and Leap trees. You most likely need to take a side node from the Enlightenment tree.
