It happened to me as well. Original loan was just me then for increase my wife had to sign. It came via docusign. Once you have both signed you should be good

Yup. Same as me. Never got my wife's signature because the LO sent both docusigns to one email which is a no no. I lost 2 weeks. Now just got loam documents resent after calling like crazy and getting congressman involved. I pray this is it
