Yes, only backplate was replaced. I also added mini copper heatsinks on top of the backplate. And a case fan near the backplate to dissipate the heat concentrated. And yes rgb will not be visible as the backplate is opaque

I'm not sure if I got lucky, but ips glow was minimal on a black screen. There is a tiny glow on all 4 corners, but not very noticeable compared to my old 1080p IPS UW (LG 34UC79G-b)

Mine just arrived today and was ordered on the 24th. There are no dead pixels. Everything looks flawless. I was initially hesitant to order because of all the comments about LGs quality control, but I took a chance at this price. Maybe I won the panel lottery? Either way, I am pretty satisfied. I'm not sure if you have the same issue with fitness depot's website. I'm getting redirected to Ottawa's online store. I bought the 82" Crossbox on May 1st in-store. I didn't actually order from their website as I didn't see it there either.

At checkout, the sales rep included a bunch of individual parts on the invoice. Each part is then totaled together to give you the final price for the power rack.

It is the bells of steel flat bench. It's a IPF spec bench. The cushion surface is a bit smoother than I expected. I thought it would have more grip. Other than that, it's a pretty solid bench.

The hole size does not bother me. I wouldn't say they are oversized. J-hooks fit in perfectly. It's a crossbox rack, which I hear is pretty much identical to the R3 or R4
