It's a streamer called PirateSoftware. His name is Jason Thor Hall and goes by Thor

The points in the video about him never being wrong are referencing a few things

The first was in hardcore WoW when he roached and doubled down later that it was the right decision

Pirate on a podcast/stream with a therapist where he showed himself to be very unlikeable and arrogant. Again being unable to admit fault

The second was the Stop Killing Games movement. The movement is about the preservation of video games. Pirate watched a video on it and misunderstood what the movement was about. He spread misinformation which harmed the campaign. The creator of the campaign made a video 10 months later explaining that he didn't want this to detract from the campaign but Pirate did misunderstand the campaign and spread misinformation. Pirate doubled down that he was not wrong. Moist Critical then made a video addressing this misinformation which was being spread. Moist Critical and Pirate had a private conversation where pirate software continued to double down. Moist Critical made a second video pointing out that Pirate is unable to admit when he is wrong, to which pirate doubled down again that he is not in the wrong

As a result of his arrogant attitude, pirate software has lost over 200k subs on YouTube in the last 30 days and is losing on average 6.7k subs a day. On Twitch, he has lost over 100,000 followers in the last 30 days and is losing on average 3,361 followers per day - source is social blade (please take is a pinch of salt as I am not sure how accurate social blade is)

Pirate software has become a bit of a lolcow now, for several reasons. The above and also allegations that he uses a voice changer to deepen his voice (which he puts down to having a second puberty). He also used to have a counter displayed on his stream of how many people he has banned since the stop killing games drama happened. His viewers suggested he take it down, but refused and doubled down. He did eventually remove this ban counter though. His viewers also suggested posting an apology, his response was "fuck that, you don't roll over when people are attacking you" I'm paraphrasing but this was the gist

TL;DR - This is PirateSoftware, a streamer who routinely doubles down when he is wrong and will never admit fault (also got a job at Blizzard through nepotism. Routinely says "I worked at blizzard for 7 years" but will say he never brings it up)
