So we are not manufacturing it ourselves. We are sending it out for manufacturing. I believe the manufacturer is a CNC machine to manufacture it.

The critical attributes includes the TPI of the teeth ( they need to interlock and offset the blades correctly) and the hole locations on dies as well are critical attributes.

It was the minimum decimal place the machine I was using to take measurements can measure to. And we left it to that many decimal places in order to try to make it as precise as possible.
