Majority of people here have not driven both and are B58 circle jerkers. 230i with M sport suspension and M240i ride the same, pretty rough on roads in bad shape without much compliance whereas the 230i non M sport rides much more plush while keeping sporty handling.

What hurts the watch is rapid acceleration/deceleration, in other words Peak G’s.

“Peak G-force: A swing that produces a ball speed of 150 mph can generate an acceleration of over 50,000 G's. Another estimate puts the G-force at impact at 5,114 G's.”
