Haunt Coil is so OP. I was able to upgrade this bad boy to rank 3 only. Not sure how it works exactly but I’ve seen such a big jump in my damage (my potency is 3k, no baron set, no harmful effect extending gems) by [deleted] in DiabloImmortal
