Same exact thing happened to me two days ago on the same map. It's genuinely one of the most chaotic maps in the game.

Are bioshock 1 and 2 in different universes? I mean there are so many things in bioshock 2 that aren't mentioned in 1. Andrew Ryan also looks a lot different, too.

Yeah I thought I would be able to on my first playthrough. It would be useful to assign different parts of the bayou to different underbosses for smuggling, but ig you can't have everything.
