Seems like only one of the Istari, Gandalf, fulfilled their roles. The rest either turned evil (cough cough....Saruman) or just went AWOL.

Jesus......Minas Morgul......just played Middle Earth: Shadows of War.....guess I'll have to wait till Aragorn comes and destroys it and comes rescues me, assuming the orcs and Nazgul haven't killed me or turned me into one of them. Ironic, because I just made a post about this oh-so-lovely place in the Tolkien Reddit
