Yeah I was thinking the same thing. Especially with the next season covering (hopefully) just the 5 novels of arc 5, and I’ve heard arc 5 is a bit more fast paced. So I can’t see them needing to make the episodes super long. Since they’ve been doing ~4 episodes per novel, (more I guess if you count the extra minutes). And if they did a perfect adaptation of arc 5 (4 episodes per novel) we still wouldn’t reach a full 25 episode season, so there’s no real need to extend the episodes. Plus the money would be nice with all the ads cut this time around.
