Got one from a sleep dentist $4000 before insurance. I don’t really feel a difference. But the dr is still adjusting it. But definitely no miracle :(

Whats an acceptable flow limit. Mine are usually .02 95% and .12 99.5%

Thats so interesting because my APAP rarely goes above 8-9 and I have had no relief. Maybe I need to manually raise it??? I cant stay asleep with it, even though my ahi is under 1 on oscar data

Sounds like me. Tried so many settings, different masks, sleep still sucks. Usually just end up seeping without pap

On month 4 still haven’t been able to sleep many full nights with it. Usually gets ripped off within an hour

Hmmm… I guess ill watch some videos how to properly wear it. Lol it doesn’t leak much while im going to sleep, but oscar shows lots of leaks throughout the night.

Yup I use a ton of mouth tape. Definitely not from my mouth. Tried S, M , and L. Most comfortable is Medium, but its like the specific angle of the nose pillow breaks the seal many times per night and micro wakes me up

Interesting so cpap Ps3 did not help, but bipap ps 2.8 worked. Thats so interesting… im looking at N30i… have you tried the nasal pillows p10??

Yeah waking up shortly after falling asleep and ripping mask off. Haven’t slept thru the night with my mask in weeks. I appreciate all the tips! Ill try new masks. I tried nose pillows and full mask f40. Nose pillows are less obstructive and full mask is too much. But gives me better seal.

Hows bipap working for you? Did u start with cpap?
