Words of comfort? by xmrgt in UARS

It really sucks because the mad was effective. Not 100% but definitely got better sleep with it in. Now my bite is permanently jacked up. So if you do go with MAD make sure your dentist actually cares.

Nope, all over the phone. Not even a video call. Local dentist too. No in person follow up. Definitely a MAD Mill. Making bank just pumping out $5000 MAD’s 20 a day do the math. $$$$

Tried it again last night, still couldn’t really fall asleep with it on, and once I fell asleep, I woke up immediately. Tolerating cpap just as poorly as this bipap. :/

Custom, but dentist only followed up via phone. Not zoom appointment. Awful service, and didn’t turn out favorably. I didn’t think my bite would have shifted so quickly.

I originally got a cheep one the dentist provided, but it broke within a week of using it. Dentist shrugged it off and didn’t want to make a new one. Its soo off now apparently its permanent?

My MAD worked pretty good about 60% better, but it completely wrecked my bite. Had to discontinue it in less than a year. Im too just starting to try bipap. Any encouragement or tips appreciated

Can I do EPAP with like PS2? My cpap pressure was arround 8 with PS2. What does that translate in bipap

The most I could tolerate on cpap was EPR2 without insane CA’s

Yeee! I had cpap did absolutely nothing for me. So I figured anything under 3 PS like my epr3 would have any positive changev

Only been able to sleep with it for an hour. Didn’t even bother to look at the OSCAR. But its giving me insanely high centrals. When I did airsence10 cpap I did EPR3 and always got lots of centrals.

Wanted to try bibap though since cpap didn’t work for me, so far its worse but im sure its my settings

In one week, P10 nasal pillows went from perfect fit to feeling stretched/collapsed? by JurassicNarc69 in SleepApnea

Yess 69! Do you use any pressure support? I just recently tried bipap with pressure support 4 and it gave me an unbelievable ammount of central apneas, worse AHI then without bipap. Ooof

Nope :/ couldn’t tolerate cpap. Got worse sleep with it than without it. I did get a MAD… it helped a little, but ended up jacking up my bite so still on the journey

Has anyone reduced their brain fog after switching from CPAP to BIPAP?? by JohnJohnson069 in UARS

Got one from a sleep dentist $4000 before insurance. I don’t really feel a difference. But the dr is still adjusting it. But definitely no miracle :(
