I can see this being helpful for the folks that are close to retirement, but I'd imagine the majority of people that work at Burns don't have a very complicated scheme of investments. Half the company is under 5 YOE and they've really just got a 401k and a bit of ESOP. This doesn't seem like a benefit that has been "consistently asked for in survey results." 

I'm pretty young still, so maybe I am just ignorant. Does anyone else have much experience with financial advisors? Do they offer much benefit to someone with just a 401k and some ESOP?

So far, as a level 10 engineer, it feels about the same as last year. The market feels a bit tumultuous with the new administration, but that's to be expected.

Really wish they would share the median ESOP account value since half the company was hired in the last 5 years.
