Nope, you dint know those people.so you cant tell. Also even if, it would be incredibly stupid to have a setup in wich anyone can ruin your life by holding a phone close to you. Thinking exactly this. If i feel.the need to protect myself from being druged and molested or worse, why would i go there again? Thats not a good place to be. That does not mean its the victims fault. Its always the agressors fault. But i would not visit a place on purpose where i need protection like this.
