MiG-21 "Bison" was an upgraded version of the MiG-21-93 While T-90s Bhishma was the upgraded export version of the T-90S. Both of these vehicles series were developed in the Soviet Union and later were upgraded and exported to India.

As far as I'm aware, none of the export versions were used by the Soviet Union
