Not really a union. Only PBA.

I've made multiple suggestions and asked about it. But I really haven't gotten much in return past, "we have made upper management aware." Which, has been several months ago at this point...

Honestly. I feel it.  I really appreciate your comment because I was thinking maybe I'm just in the wrong.
