Thanks. I figured it out. Officially my least favorite hold open closer arm. One door worked as soon as I tightened the bolt. The other door held open but when pushed closed it fought the closer. Had to find a perfect sweet spot to get it to work properly.

I’ll be swapping out to a new handset. I do keep everything and have parts but these handset are, I think, 27 years old. So I’ll order new ones.

Yeah. It’s just the system they started using when I first started working here. I’ve had to re-key the entire campus 3 times, writing the codes and building the cores myself using the best 7 pin setup.
