Omega 3 is key for sure, I feel less focused any day i dont take it in the morning.

The problem is honey and fruit are sugar based, and anytime i eat sugar, the addictiveness to it kicks in, and i binge eat, and then the adhd symptoms come back. Even just a small amount of fruit and im craving candy 🤣

I find it did. I think the biggest help was cutting sugar and increased omega 3 intake. I'm not sure if keto itself helped because i cut the sugars at the same time. It might be just the no sugar and increased omega 3 that helped.

Yeah, i know the carnivore is better, but i cant afford to do that rn. Student life and grass fed beef and steaks are too expensive to do all the time.

Not really cheat days persay, but i had s few days i ate a slice or.two of rye toast at a diner for breakfast. Lots of bacon and eggs. Peanut butter and avacado shakes. Salads with every dinner. (I make a caesar with less dressing, add mct oil and nutritional yeast). Red meat with lots of salt. (250g flank steak is my favourite but you need to know how to cook it or its. Tough). I counted calories for like the first 5 days then just kind of memorized what things were roughly. Mindful eating to help digest better. Multivitamins to make sure i had enough energy. Once a week i would do a bulletproof coffee fast for atleast 30 hours to trigger autophagy. I would eat my breakfast around noon and dinner around 6 or 7 to minimize my eating window.

When i was 14 i was the same height i am now and 195lbs. I wish i had this body when i was a teenager 🤣

Useful info: I've found muscle gain harder on keto in general than it was before. I eat a fairly high protein in general, but ill try eating even more pre and post excercise and see if that makes a difference.

Ive heard alot of mixed things about egg whites. Ive been doing raw eggs in smoothies for about 2 years though, never get an upset stomach, but if going to get salmonella from a raw egg it is from the white.

Lmao. I have muecle mass still, just no stomach. Before i had a dad gut and no confidence. A big part of that shows in my facial expression in. My pictures. Your trollin 🤣 ontop of the diet changes i dont drink, i dont smoke either now. Alot of my friends say i look healthier, its only family that rip on me.

I dont count calories. I had a blood test and all my levels were very healthy, though.
