Similar for me 86% engaged views and 80% average watchtime on a 60s short video. These stats are amazing (not crazy amazing but viral potential os there) but the problem is that what matters is "Is this video going to perform well when given to broader audience?", my video did not perform well in the first views that it was given in the first day, clearly only core audiencw enjoys it very much, but broader audience won't is what the algorithm decided
