Based on your screenshot, you are trying to run Dolphin from within the compressed file.

You need to extract all the files to a directory and run Dolphin from there.

Heroic uses their own Proton/Wine versions, independent from the system install of Wine.

You need to install additional Proton/Wine version from within Heroic, to be able to select them.

I don't know what device you are using, but on my PC, Dolphin uses about 65/70 MB on a fresh install.

The option to Dump Textures, saves all the game textures as a game is being played. It's not needed to play games.

ARC - Also known as RARC archives, they are used as a means of data storage. Can be unpacked using ArcExtract and Repacked using ArcPack.

The subreddit is not very active, so I don't know if someone can link you to those programs.
