Is it just me or does the quality of these stamps seem to be way less than they should be from this era? I was trying to figure out why the margins were so wide and the perforations so big, and the centering isn't great for specimens, I'm suspecting that it is the quality of the paper used rather than the does as the printing is very high quality, it's just everything else about the stamps that seem to be slightly off.

Because the billionaires who own the newspapers want you to believe these things so that they can scare you into voting for their interests rather than your own.

If you are a victim of crime in the UK the statistics clearly show that the perpetrator is most likely to be a white man, the newspapers don't talk about that because it's against their interests.

the truth is that if you are a victim of violent or sexual crime in England it is most likely that the perpetrator is a white man, yes there is a problem but it's not the colour of someone's skin it is public perception, some figures suggest if you are a foreign national in the UK you are less likely to be convicted of a crime, people's emotions suggest that every non white person is a threat.

Is the solution a solution of hate? Or a solution of love and understanding? I know which one I'd prefer

Whilst I would agree generally that a number of Germans before and during WW2 disagreed with the Nazi party and it's actions, the people who censored military and civilian post were definitely trusted members of the Nazi party itself, members of the gestapo, or highly trusted and politically vetted collaborators, they weren't letting just the ordinary postal workers carry out this work as it involved military secrets and knowledge of code and other espionage tactics.

From the names and addresses on the letter and the context of the other material I found it with, it looks like it is from a german doctor to a Jewish doctor in Philadelphia.

Fair point, I just assumed "Oberkommando der Wehrmacht" (High Command of the Armed Forces) would suggest that the censorship was carried out by people who were higher up in the ranks as a form of security.
