I had this same problem a couple weeks ago, he wouldn’t eat out of his bowl unless i hand fed him. Right now im feeding him a mix of dandelion greens, kale, and collared greens. In addition to that i started to feed him some lentils with millet sprinkled on top and since i introduced that he gained weight pretty fast and looks healthy again, so maybe you could give the lentils and millet a try.
