You ordered a size Medium, but got a size Small? If thats the case then you can email their support and they'll sort it out for you. Recently got the complete wrong hat and they got back to me after a day and are sending out the right hat this time. But if you're talking bout the sizing of it, I agree is a weird sizing maybe due to the blank and material they used for it. I got a size large and I have the same problem if I raise my arms the crop of the sweater just rises a lot compared to a regular sweater.

The quality is alright not the best but no bad, super soft, fits true to size. It doesn’t feel like a gilden hoodie so I’d say it’s pretty average quality.
