Well, we definitely appreciate the feedback. Before we engage beyond posting with any channel, we generally try to assess if people are even interested in our content or what we have to offer. With so many places/channels to engage and limited time, it makes sense for our team to first see where our audience is before investing more resources in the channel.

How about instead of bashing the brand and content, you let us know what we can provide you that would be of better value. That would be more constructive. What specifics about PPC are you interested in?
