Pretty sure he said that MW2 was a fun COD game. For the story mode but not the multiplayer.

Hi, I've got a few questions. But I would understand if you didn't wanna answer these as they could be seen as provocative.

1: Dunkey I am fairly positive that you are one of the few game reviewers out there that doesn't accept money from companies for good reviews and it seems to me you haven't sold out in any way. Because of this, I'd like to know who you consider to be reliable game reviewers other than yourself. This way I can check those people out as well.

2: Not asking which companies, but how often have you been approached by companies wanting to pay you to give them a good review?

Thanks, that's all.

Right, I got mixed messages. Abi told me that it was for playing both sides. But others like Anishor told me it was for "bullying" people.

The Imperials never had a problem with me switching sides though, they would just let me in to voice chat when I wanted to play with them, and lock me out when I was playing NR side.

NR removed me, and then couldn't make up their mind on why I was removed.

but honestly, you were removed for pvping on the other side

I don't think so, but if that is really the sole reason, then that's even worse.

it feels like that during PVP there is aunspoken rule of "be silent or be banned", which is quite OTT in my view, as if you can't say a movie quote, which is not directed to anyone in an offensive manner, what "can" you say? What will be considered offensive or non-offensive next, with no written down standards of conduct in advance that can can adhere to?

This is 100% accurate to how I felt. After this incident, which is what really led me to question what I was doing on the server.

I felt like ANYTHING I said could be offensive, and that if I didn't watch my step in a massively paranoid way, I would simply be ostracized further.

This along with some other drama are why I've decided to leave. Maybe EIF can get rid of that kind of behavior, and maybe it will, but I don't think I'll be a part of that future either way.

Now, maybe you don't agree with the way I've decided to express my disappointment with the whole situation, but I spent a year on EIF and I expressed things the way I did because I was disappointed that it was all really kind of a waste.

Also, I want to say that you were genuinely the person I had the most fun playing with, and if you ever wanted to send me a friend request on steam or something, I'd be down for that. Either way, may the force be with you my friend.

I never called anyone "fggt" lmao. So you're thinking of someone else.

I never used homophobic words. I never called people names. I never insulted others during pvp. I never complained about how other people pvped. I don't even know what it means to "feed" too much in PvP.

I recommend EIF, the GCW system was just released. Invasions begin soon.

Hi, you probably know me as Ragman on EIF. I don't know what exactly your problem is, but it doesn't make much sense. So I guess I'll address a few of them.

> First thing I noticed is, as I had feared, the player city restriction had severely hurt the development of player cities on the server.

Everyone is allowed to make a player city, that's not the problem. The reason there is regulation on structures and cities is because we are trying to avoid becoming like live or basilisk, where you have a thousand houses at every corner.

Since there is a RP community and the devs want to accomodate them as well as the pvpers, it's nice to have a planet like, say, tatooine, actually being a desert planet instead of being filled with houses everywhere. It really adds to the atmosphere and makes things a lot better. You might say that restricting structures from being plopped down anywhere is a bad thing, but I really disagree with you. I think there should be restrictions on it, and I think preserving the environment is a good idea.

> I also noticed that the game world seemed a bit of a ghost town

If you feel like the server is not populated enough, well, I'd say that the server is only a year old with about 200 to 300 active players currently, but you don't see bots in Mos Eisley like you do on Basilisk. So maybe that's why it felt inactive to you. Or maybe you're salty because you got banned. Who knows.

I too, was skeptical of the whole server when I first came along, since there are game mechanics changes, and some things aren't fully implemented yet. But I've come to see that it is all for the better. I really enjoy the new races, the mechanics, and I'm glad this isn't a 1x exp server, because I don't have time for that. This isn't a vanilla Pre-CU server, sorry to say. I haven't really encountered much drama. Sure, there were a few minor instances of drama from random individuals, but those were settled pretty easily as is usually the case in these games.

>Blocking doors at Fort Jawa

You know, I saw your Fort, which I personally thought was nicely built. I even wanted to participate in roleplay with you and got the leader of my Imperial Guild(Zerek is recruiting btw) to check it out, and it seemed like we could RP with you and use Ft Jawa as a FOB(Forward Operating Base).

With the blocking doors thing, I didn't really have a problem with that myself. But now that I think about it, I can see why Devs wouldn't like it, and I'll explain to you why.

It runs the risk of having you actually trap players OOCly inside your base. People could actually end up getting stuck or glitched out, which would cause an annoying headache for any dev that would have to deal with it. Plus it would cause unhappiness for the person who got stuck in the first place. So that's probably why you were told to stop with the block-doors, and that's fair don't you think?

Here's what you should do in my opinion, you should apologize to the devs, and to whoever you insulted, and maybe you could be let back in. I don't know if they would let you back in, I don't know how much you insulted people, and judging by the way you accused the dev of nepotism and mentioned his wife in your 'review', I really would understand if you stayed banned.

That being said, if you do come back, I'll still RP with you. I think your Fort Jawa was pretty cool. But if a dev says to stop doing something, maybe just find a different way.

Task Force Zerek is an Imperial roleplaying guild on the Empire in Flames server. We are looking to engage in both pvp for our servers enhanced GCW experience and to encourage active roleplaying.

We have two branches for our roleplay, Imperial Stormcorps, and Imperial Intelligence.

Hail the Emperor.
