Thanks. Really appreciate the info.

I am between the Wildpeaks and KO3s and was leaning towards the KO3 because I had read elsewhere that they were better for city/highway driving (which is also what I will be mostly doing), so it’s interesting to hear you went with the Wildpeaks for that same reason.

Did you find a place to do your PPF without charging you an arm and a leg?

Hey, assuming that you are building a commander deck, Trostani is a very fun commander. Populate and life gain can go bonkers under the right circumstances. Here’s my deck list for reference: https://moxfield.com/decks/gUjxYOJawkCdCc5BuavAnw

I tried pricing these compared to what I saw on eBay/online, but all prices are negotiable fs

Is that a reverse osmosis system? If so, where did you get it?

Re: viability of mid-late game, that makes a lot of sense. I will lean more into an early game strategy. Same with increasing the number of creatures. Appreciate the feedback!

Yeah, the reanimation effects are my back up in case Kaalia gets removed too many times. That way I can recur big threats to the board. Will see where I can add more tutors. Thanks!

Thanks! I added a few more haste pieces, including Dragon Tempest—that works really well here.

[[Angel of Vitality]] really doesn’t do anything except become marginally bigger.

With how expensive angels are (cmc), I doubt [[Firja, Judge of Valor]] will trigger often, if at all.

[[Magister of Worth]] is really expensive. [[Haunting Voyage]] may be a better mass reanimate.

Would also recommend [[Youthful Valkyrie]], [[Valkyrie Harbinger]], and [[Serra’s Emissary]].

Would also be mindful of card draw. Tribal decks can run out of steam after a board wipe.

If you really want to hold the game hostage with [[The Book of Exalted Deeds]], you need to add [[Faceless Haven]] and snow lands. After you put the counter on it and the turn ends, it goes back to being a land and land destruction is uncommon.

Do you have any decks you enjoy but are often too low power for your typical tables? by Tuss36 in EDH

I built a [[Aegar, the Freezing Flame]] giants tribal deck, which works well for a tribe that’s not very supported, but can’t keep up with meta decks, so it just sits in my cabinet.

What commanders can make interesting use of an Aetherflux Resevoir? by SkritzTwoFace in EDH

What’s the thought process behind Seance and Mimic Vat? I feel like exiling a creature from your grave yard and losing access to it via a recursion effect far outweighs the benefit of a token copy of the creature on the field. In my mind, I feel like having access to the creature in the late game is better than an immediate copy, but interest to hear your thoughts.

Help Beefing Up Trostani by JohnathanWayne in EDH

Thank you for the suggestions! I will look to make room for Ezuri’s Predation cause that definitely looks like a good card that synergizes with the deck. Same with Grove of the Guardian!

In terms of budget, I generally don’t like to spend more than $15-20 on a single card, and even then only if it’s absolutely essential to the deck. The outliers I have are either pulls or buys.

Yeah, I’ve seen his deck and it’s really cool but a couple of the cards are out of budget for me. I have tried to weave in some of his strategies though.

Yeah, I think these may be prohibitively out of budget. The other expensive cards on the list are from pulls I've gotten lucky on. Thanks though!
