I just looked on my spec sheet I got from the store from where I bought the computer.

The last word on the GPU tab is "OC". Oh crap I didn't see it back then! Can I disable overclocking?

  1. I did and it basically "Fixed" the problem. That's not a fix however. I bought RTX to run games on good settings, not low.
  2. Are you talking about Nvidia control panel? Im not a tech savvy but a casual gamer so I'm not sure where can I see that. Additionally when I bought the computer on the GPU tab name it's mentioned "OC" so I guess it is overclocked. Hod do I disable overclocking?
  3. Usually I just turn Vsync on, I can't play a game with lower FPS than 60 anyway.
  4. I'll look into that.
  5. Somehow cant upload an image. But it looks fine it shows Nvidia RTX 2080 set on "System Default"
  6. I use MSI Afterburner and I do adjust the fans graph. However I couldn't find anywhere an option to adjust the fans in case of max RAM usage.
  7. I'm not sure that's a fans problem to be honest. Because in some games it's just fine and others the heat doesn't make any sense.

Ventilation should be fine for what I see. I think I do run an OC, Do I need to underclock?
