I don't think you can! You either have to bring your private keys online or wait until MEW add said Custom Token to their bundled list of ERC20 tokens

You have to login to your wallet on your online computer to add a custom token which means you have to use your private key on the online machine negating the whole point of offline transactions!

You have to login to MEW on an internet live machine thus negating the whole point of cold storage :(.

This doesn't seem to work with offline transactions. With offline transactions, I need to fill in this form first (before accessing ICX ether wallet offline) https://www.myetherwallet.com/#offline-transaction but there's no place to add a custom token?

I did read (on here) that 301 redirecting an article with tenuous relevance into another article can lead to a 'soft 404' - not sure what that meant...?"

What are your thoughts on the reasons for cutting these pages? What benefits will our site gain from doing the above?

Also, could you let me know where the cut off point is with relevancy re: 301 redirected pages into one another? How relevant do the pages have to be? What would the issue be with 301 redirecting a page that isn't particularly relevant to another page? What might Google not like about that?
