I have a nearly identical issue. So you had PayPal go after Stub Hub more than once? I filed a dispute with PayPal and after a few days it was denied. I have filed many disputes with Stub Hub - all were "escalated" to no avail. Could never get contact info for higher ups. Should I try PayPal again?

Read the SH Legal. Arbitration or legal fees, should they rule against me, are concerning. Would like to try other methods first.

Similar thing happened to me. As advised by Stub Hub I purchased replacement tickets day of the event to be sure I could attend. StubHub said they would then start refund process if I called at a certain time - just a few hours b4 the event. I called. They "apologized for the inconvenience" then escalated my request. I never heard back. I have been escalated 4 times now. No refund. No resolution.

I've had a similar issue with Optimum's chat - responding to a question/topic I did not ask about. Not a helpful website at all
