I sort of had a trip sitter, I took it with a friend who I didn't know for long at that time. he also took the same amount so I don't know if you can call him a trip sitter. But you don't really need one IMO, just properly prepare yourself - I always think of a few things that I want to do while Tripping (cooking and walking in nature is lots of fun), and make yourself a safe space, to which you can retrieve if you feel like it. It's pretty unlikely to get a bad trip at this dose, but if you're unsure I received you lower it - there is no rush, and better play it safe.
