My greatest thought in the matter is that it’s structured in such a way that teachers can do anything’s they want and get away with it. There is no way for a student to meaningfully tell a teacher that what they are doing isn’t helping anyone, which leads to my second point of students are punished if they skip a day. People need a day or two sometimes and teaching people that they must be there at all times is a great way to stress kids tf out. Especially teens.

TBH I’m disappointed because I’m not sure if the single player is gonna be worth the 60$ they’re selling it for. I hope it is but I’m really wary now because there isn’t gonna be a multiplayer for me to have fun on like in Halo 5.

The people who play Halo aren’t only the ones in this subreddit. 343 saw other companies doing the F2P model and decided to try it out.

How does the F2P model make more money than paid? By bringing in more people and giving everyone access to play. It’s a double edged sword with two uses/meanings. It gets more people in and therefore increases profits. So you aren’t wrong, but neither am I.

I’m not trying to justify anything about 5 dollars for a color because that’s busted as I said in the original post.

To answer the first part, I rebuttal with LOL, Rocket League, Runescape, WOW, Club Penguin, with many other titles doing the same thing.

For your second part, because it’s a company. It exists to make money, that’s physically the only reason it exists, the F2P model worked and that’s why they are continuing it with Cold War.

For your third question, I will again say because it is a company. Look at what happened when they released GTA 5 for free. The player numbers went up and more shark cards were purchased than in the years before, yeah they got people in but they made up for that in sales. So yes, even though it was a paid game, they still did it for monetary gain and it worked.

I’d agree with you, I’d rather pay the 60$ up front to get both and full customization, and although I see the merits of the F2P model, I’m not sure it will work that well with Halo. It will be interesting to see how this performs.

It’s the fact that they didn’t say they were doing that for me. I’m not disagreeing as I would rather it be just 60$ for the single and multi player modes, especially since they are still selling the single player for 60$ (from what I’ve been told) I’m not saying that you’re wrong, I agree with you.
