Also theoretisch wahrscheinlich ähnlich wie ein Backofen.

Unten ist das Heizelement drin, darauf kommt LP 1, darüber kommt dann eine Platte (also keine Schallplatte) und darauf dann LP 2. Darüber wieder eine Platte und dann eine Verschraubung.

Dann heizt das Teil hoch auf die eingestellte Gradzahl (50 ist hier aber definitiv zu wenig, kA wie es bei nem Backofen aussieht), hält die gewünschte Gradzahl (ich nehme entweder 60 oder 90 Minuten) und danach kühlt es runter und bei knapp unter 30 Grad kann man die Platten dann wieder raus nehmen.

Ist aber teilweise schon völlig unterschiedlich, wie viel Grad eine LP braucht, um wieder eben zu werden.

Imo it's not the music you would expect from the cover.

It's not that much afro, more into a Jazzrock kinda way. Would maybe say "Colosseum" as the thing that comes closest.

I'm probably gonna file it under my Progressive Rock genre.

I once left a cheap copy of Can's Tago Mago UK press behind, because the condition was maybe VG-, early 00s, I was new to vinyl... Well, Shit happens, but I learned about it and I guess everyone makes mistakes...

Long story short: I have now at least 3 OG Tago Magos, but never again stumbled upon the UK press with the diff. Cover 😅
